The following is an example of how we could create a simple before and after questionnaire in order to create some metrics on performance.
It uses a form, and the results are posted as an email.
The form is sent to Barbara and copied to Mark currently. We could use this method of checking responses from people we assist. Note however it would need to be manually added to Salesforce. This may not be a problem at the outset, however we already know that adding a public interface to SalesForce will cost an additional licence at some point and we don’t know how much or what is involved.
