We often associate the colder temperatures of autumn and winter with colds and flus, perhaps also reduced energy and feeling low. But it doesn’t have to be this way. By eating healthily we can support our immune system, energy and mood. If 80% of what we eat is rich in nutrients it will give our body what it needs to function well and the immune system will be strong enough to cope with the seasonal changes in temperature and energy.
